Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer specializing in Mid-Scale to Luxury Hotel projects. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively, listen proactively, have a keen eye for detail, think creatively, and solve problems.
Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture ● 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Design, Hotels, or Multifamily Spaces ● Knowledge in FF&E specifications, digital staging/rendering, and materials selection ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office ● Strong organizational and time management skills ● Proficiency in written and spoken English ● Valid work permit (USA); H1 Visa Sponsorships available upon review
Responsibilities: ● Develop interior design packages including specifications and construction documents ● Coordinate FF&E installation during construction ● Guide team and consultants ● Research and select furnishings, fixtures, equipment ● Conduct space planning for Hospitality projects ● Review shop drawings for custom hotel furnishings
