About the Role:
Join us as our Internal Communications & Implementation Specialist and take charge of informing, engaging, and inspiring our team to excel and uphold our incredible culture. In this role, you'll collaborate with various departments to drive our internal communication and implementation efforts, devising plans and bringing them to life. Your knack for crafting compelling content will shine as you tailor messages for different employee groups and deliver them through a range of communication channels, always seeking fresh and innovative approaches.
Job Responsibilities: Manage the team's enterprise editorial calendar to ensure timely, targeted, and impactful communications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information on company initiatives and employee experiences, devising creative strategies to effectively communicate them. Produce diverse internal communications materials, including emails, articles, newsletters, video scripts, digital/print signage, web content, and chat messages. Ensure flawless delivery of internal communications through digital platforms like email, intranet, and digital signage. Innovate and drive engagement by exploring new ideas and methods for content distribution. Provide support for employee events, including Town Hall meetings, roundtables, and Learning & Development activities. Contribute to issues management and crisis communications efforts. Work closely with operational teams to understand restaurant operations and identify opportunities for improvement in internal communication strategies. Serve as an instrumental partner to operations, ensuring alignment between communication efforts and operating excellence goals. Implement communication plans that support operational initiatives and drive employee engagement in executing them. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented communication strategies and adjust as needed to ensure maximum impact. Collaborate with operational leaders to gather feedback from frontline employees and incorporate it into communication strategies for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. A genuine passion for people and digital communication, coupled with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 3-5 years of experience in corporate internal communications. Proficiency in Google Suite applications. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
