Franklin Dental Care & Dentures is seeking a talented and motivated Web Design & CRM Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online presence, optimizing our website for conversions, and implementing a robust CRM system to enhance patient communication and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Website Design & Development:
Design and develop a user-friendly and visually appealing website that reflects our brand identity and showcases our services.Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing across all devices.Manage website content, including text, images, and videos, to keep it up-to-date and engaging.Conduct regular website audits and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
CRM Management:
Implement and manage a CRM system to streamline patient communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote services.Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing.Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the practice manager and other team members to ensure alignment with overall business goals.Provide regular reports on website and CRM performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in web design and development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for the dental industry and a desire to make a positive impact on patient care.
