Environment Control is a commercial janitorial cleaning company seeking a skilled Public Relations Manager to join our team. Customer relations is stated as the impression you leave with your client. This impression can range from great, good, mediocre, or bad. Your goal is to achieve a POSITIVE and GREAT overall impression with our valuable clients because you are the face of Environment Control.Practically, this is achieved by:- Using a company vehicle to travel daily to accounts (buildings that we clean) providing Public Relations visits, face to face, with our valuable clients throughout a designated territory in the valley.- Building a strong client relationship to ensure their satisfaction- Providing suggestions to improve their facility via extra/added services that we provide- Performing a visible inspection of each location- Communicating with our clients via our communication portal- By attending New Account Start-up visits to establish a new relationship- Your personal and professional image for successful client relations in building trust
