What you'll get to do
Write campaign creative that cuts through the clutter by focusing on the customer
Be Creative! Design eye catching customer interactions
Build external prospecting emails, LinkedIn connect messages, blogs & more!
Draft internal enablement to ensure customer material is delivered thoughtfully
Tell a story with relevant messaging showcasing how Splunk can help & benchmarks
Leverage quantitative & qualitative feedback to up level content
Create a cohesive experience for the customer with connected interaction moments
Be inclusive of seller feedback, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and data analysis to unlock potential & prosperity for all
Adapt campaigns mid flight by analyzing message interaction points for hotspots
Build with us! Help us build & scale our campaign process by owning improvement processes
Align with key Marketing, Sales, Digital Sales, Partner and Customer Success team members with a consistent focus on achieving mutual goals
Must-have Qualifications
3+ Years of demonstrated ability in a campaign or similar operations role
Proven track record of collaborating across all cross functional teams to create powerful, creative prospecting content
Knowledge of sales & prospecting. Help our sellers book meetings & close deals with your content.
Strong time management and organization skills to drive cross-functional projects

You love data! You have the desire & ability to use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach and Tableau to understand how a campaign is performing
Knowledgeable of the customer buying process and experience deploying the core concepts of Land, Expand, Adopt, and Renew to drive revenue at previous organizations.
Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, demonstrating a proactive approach to acquiring knowledge about products, industry, and customer needs.
Coachable demeanor; willing to learn and implement new sales techniques.

Base Pay Range
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $132,000.00 - 181,500.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $118,800.00 - 163,350.00 per year
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $105,600.00 - 145,200.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
