Description:
Will take R&D drawings and documents and then format them into work instructions and maintenance instructions.
Will be taking drawings and figuring out how to implement them into the clean rooms (ie where will the machines should go, how / where will they hook up to a water source, how do they maintain quality & safety etc).
They will be creating the work instructions and then running the risk assessment using root cause analysis to do this.
This position is heavy documentation and lots of communicating between engineering and maintenance. A product engineer or manufacturing engineer will be able to go out on the line and work with the operators, do the background documentation to get it on the line whether that is through quality or manufacturing instruction updates.
Qualifications:
Solidworks & Autocad experience
Need to have experience working in a manufacturing environment on a manufacturing line
Implementation experience - talking the drawings from the R&D team and then implementing them in a clean room / into manufacturing
Experience writing work instructions for operating the equipment
Experience creating engineering change order documentation
test build on the parts and collect that information for the change notice after
Strong Communications skills
