As Button's Graphic Designer, you will elevate Button's brand internally and externally. You will develop and own templates and work cross-functionally to design the most important visual content for our business. You will be a creative partner to each team at Button, helping to tell Button's story through powerful and beautiful visual design:

Marketing: You will transpose Button's brand identity into strong visual storytelling, designing and templatizing email newsletters and other marketing collateral, and augmenting Button's web and social media presence with powerful graphic design.Product Development: You will work with Button's product team to ensure that the end-user experience is clean, crisp, and clear.Revenue: You will build and templatize pitch decks and other customer-facing collateral, working closely with Button's sales and partner success teams to make Button's value proposition "pop" through eye-catching design.You will be adept at capturing data trends and developing insights through visual storytelling, gaining a full understanding of Button's product and business in order to represent them through graphic design.

This position is open to applicants in the New York City area and will include approximately 2-3 days in office per week.

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

Own the graphic design function at Button, prioritizing based on business need and leadership direction while acting with autonomy.Conceptualize and design clean, crisp, and clear user experiences and interfaces.Build marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, blog posts, case studies, and newsletters.Develop and maintain a library of templatized visual resources and ensure that teams utilize them with consistency.Help maintain Button's website, designing new resources and augmenting existing ones with powerful visuals.Be ultimately responsible for Button's visual brand, and every pixel that makes it "into the wild."We look for teammates who have:

Exemplary graphic design foundations, including typography, composition, and color; experience with digital illustration is a plus.Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Web design experience; preferably experience working with Webflow and familiarity with HTML/CSS.Expertise with all digital presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) and building templates for efficient and consistent presentations across a wide variety of corporate functions.Experience partnering cross-functionally, including with executive teams, to channel vision into powerful graphic design.Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise across a variety of visual design projects, including digital, print, and presentation.Excellent organization and time management skills.Desire to build and maintain best practices; ability to break them when pragmatic to do so.Entrepreneurial mindset and deep intellectual curiosity.More About Us:

Compensation and Benefits:

Button provides employees with a RemotePlus workplace, which blends "work from anywhere" with in-person collaboration. Button's total compensation package includes a base salary competitive with what is offered by similar companies in major US markets. The salary range for this role is expected to be between $70,000 and $95,000 (offered salary is based on a number of factors including skills and experience relative to the job description listed above).

In addition, Button provides employees with a 401(k) plan and automatically contributes 3% of an employee's salary annually.
