WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Maintain project design iterations from start to finish.
• Strong attention to detail
• Can direct a client meeting on a design perspective
• Strong understanding of Product knowledge
• Responsible for maintaining project timelines throughout multiple projects.
• Collaborate with all tiers within team, from a guidance (Associate) to support (Senior) role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce
• Able to work on large corporate projects
• Able to work on smaller RFPs
• Work with other teams within organization
• Basic 3D modeling skills
• Provide high caliber environmental renderings
• Suggest enhancements within Template
• Knowledgeable of key department leaders
• Product suggestion/tweaks needed
• Manage Client/SE expectations on all aspects of design
• Ability to understand realistic turnaround times
• Knows how to manage materials/parameters within Revit
• Skilled at visualizing a space
Requirements
HOW YOU'LL GET THERE
• Bachelor's degree (ID/Arch)
• Knowledge in applicable codes - ADA/Egress/IBC
• Strong ability in Site Surveying
• Ability to read CD sets
• Able to work off a PDF, hand drawing, physical architecture plans.
• Skilled in CAD/Revit
• Can speak upon electrical
• Strong verbal skills
• Collaboration/teamwork
• Strong work ethic
• Strong process understanding
