Graphic Designer - Multi-Media Specialist (Video) (NPAO):
Bowhead is seeking a Graphic Designer - Multi-Media Specialist (Video) for an upcoming effort located at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC. The Graphic Designer - Multi-Media Specialist (Video) will provide technical expertise and support for the creation of multimedia content to be promulgated across internal and external channels.
Responsibilities
Planning, programming, system development and content execution.Conceptualize, process, and produce audio, video, animations, and interactive multimedia material for a variety of audiences and platformsCollaborate and synthesize complex ideas and initiatives into easily understood visuals for a variety of audiencesMulti-task and adhere to deadlines while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExecute work in accordance with industry audiovisual standardsBowhead seeks to network with qualified individuals relative to a potential opportunity, which is contingent upon award and not currently funded. Incumbent employees are encouraged to respond. No solicitations or third-party applications will be accepted.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience producing military and/or government graphic design products (short engaging videos, images, posters, infographics, digital signage) as demonstrated by applicant's portfolio.Experience can be substituted for formal education in the fields of the Graphic Design and/or Audio/Visual.Target salary is $105,000/year to $115,000/year commensurate with experience
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 15 poundsMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
