OverviewAs an Associate Graphic Designer, you will create and manage visual content for various media, including web, print, and social platforms. Responsibilities include brainstorming, developing prototypes, supporting marketing campaigns, staying updated with design trends, and collaborating with team members. You will also assist with seeking process improvements and maintain professional interactions with all departments.
Responsibilities
Develop graphic designs for various media, including web, print, and social platforms
Create and edit engaging video content for various platforms
Engage in brainstorming sessions and produce meaningful ideas and concepts
Manage the creation of digital and print prototypes
Assist in developing visual content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials
Stay current with industry trends and tools and incorporate new techniques into design projects
Support the design and production of email campaigns and newsletters
Receive direction from senior design team members and execute accordingly
Suggest improvements for internal procedures when needed
Participate in an overall positive and professional group dynamic
Interaction with various parties of Humanscale to create meaningful content
Collaborate with other departments when needed
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design,
Video Production,
or a related field from an accredited institution
1-3 Years of experience in Graphic Design and
Video Production
Excellent understanding of graphic design principles
Expert in video production and editing techniques
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to create layouts that are visually appealing and user-friendly
Comfortable with video editing tools and technologies
Careful attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences through various media, including:
Clear and concise language
Well-developed drawing skills
Digital image manipulation
Short, clear, and professional emails
Ability to present ideas in a professional and courteous manner
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Competent in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
Adept in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
Experienced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Salary Range: $53,824.65 - $78,509.03
