Principal ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: • Shape the user experience of our product portfolio.• Inform UX and product roadmaps.• Partner with product managers to transform requirements into design solutions that are easy to use, implement, and support.• Create engineering-ready design deliverables using Jaggaer’s component library.• Work alongside product development in an Agile environment to ensure execution meets the design vision.• Contribute to the design system to ensure a cohesive experience.• Work with users to evaluate and understand their needs.• Conduct user testing to validate assumptions and identify issues.• Design solutions that meet Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG AA).

Position RequirementsRequirements: • You have 8+ years professional experience in UX/UI design or related field.• You are comfortable working in a complex domain.• You have proven experience working on Enterprise, SaaS applications.• You are comfortable working with unknown, incomplete, and evolving problem spaces. You take the initiative to work through the detail to a final solution. You don’t wait for anyone to tell you what to do.• You have experience working with design systems and can demonstrate how you have pushed to evolve and enhance these systems.• Your interaction design skills are superior and your portfolio can demonstrate those skills.• Your portfolio can demonstrate your design process and experience taking a project from concept to finished design.• Your portfolio can demonstrate your ability to create outstanding design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.• You are proficient in industry design tools (e.g. Figma).• You have experience working on Agile, cross-functional teams.• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • You have a collaborative mindset and are comfortable being a design leader on large, cross-functional teams.• You are highly collaborative and actively listen to feedback from colleagues across the organization• You initiative collaborative design sessions with product management and development to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are technically feasible• You share your vision with colleagues to ensure understanding for setting development plans and goals
