In this role, you’ll help incubate completely new ideas in our Next team, and help build and scale them in our Core team while keeping the overall user experience at heart. You’ll help drive step-change innovation at scale and help Tinder build the most meaningful connections between people.Where you’ll work:This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration two days per week. This position is located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and/or Palo Alto, CA.

In this role, you will:

Help establish a deliver a vision for our Core products and inspire the team on where we can go.Inspire and incubate new opportunities for.Immerse yourself in cultural, technological and generational shifts in behaviors and mindsets to create delightful, simple and functional experiences for millions of people.Practice and evangelize human-centricity across the organization.Partner with cross-functional teams like Analytics, Engineering, Strategy and Product Management to articulate a clear vision for the future of the product and build them at scale globally.Build and grow a world-class Design organization at Tinder through mentorship, hiring and vision.Inspire the organization with creativity, positivity, vision and resilience to build on a culture of bold and responsible innovation.You’ll need:

Experience driving innovation and cohesion in a fast-paced product environment.A bias towards action with clear direction and focus.Experience building and growing high-performing teams with hiring, career development and mentorship.Experience creating and improving a world-class user experience across a high-profile consumer organization.Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders to build alignment and collaboration.Expertise in storytelling to build conviction, inspire, and clarify.A strong portfolio demonstrating large-scale design and product innovation for a large-scale global consumer brand.15+ years of experience in design, with a minimum of 7 years leading and managing high-performing design teams.Nice to have:
