Our client is looking for a Marketing Specialist who has the knowledge of all aspects of marketing - including social media, advertising, public relations, customer relations, and has experience with a CRM platform.
Provide direct support to the Director of Sales & Marketing in handling all preclosing procedures efficiently and accurately and implement and control an agreed upon advertising and marketing plan that leads to the profitability of the company.Manage all required buyer documentation from contract to close in a manner that provides an excellent experience for the clients homebuyers and is readily available to all team members.Take all necessary steps to ensure all pricing information provided to the closing attorney is accurate.Be responsible for making sure that all marketing materials of the sales department are accurate and up to date.Create, implement and manage the annual advertising and marketing planBe an expert in NewStar Sales for the Sales Team.Prerequisites
Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word. Administrative experience preferred.Four year degree in marketing or related field
