What is my role?
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Technical Design team.
What You'll Do
Provide administrative support to the technical design team.Responsible for organizing, filing of the fit samples, and maintaining the upkeep of the block and fit library.Collaborate closely with the Technical Design team to make sure production is consistent with technical specifications.Review the garment construction and quality standard when preparing the fit.Enter photos & measurements into PLM system.Assist in creating the tech pack: measurement, grading and construction details.Build strong relationships with cross functional team members.What You'll Need
Fashion AA degree or Certification preferredBasic technical sketching with illustrator and Excel1-3 years’ experience in technical design, fitting and spec packages.Understanding of product engineering and manufacturing processAbility to work cross-functionally within business partner environmentStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExcellent computer skills including Adobe Illustrator & MS Office Suite
