Product and Solutions Marketing defines marketing strategies and manages products and services throughout their lifecycles to meet and exceed revenue and profitability objectives. This role identifies customer needs and executes marketing strategies for assigned portfolio. This role also defines pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and operational support to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.

Sustainable Technologies™, a Cardinal Health business, extends the life of single-use medical devices through FDA-regulated reprocessing. Our program drives supply resiliency and financial value while making it simple for clinical teams to contribute to their organization’s sustainability goals.

The Senior Global Product Specialist will lead core product management activities that will drive growth for the Sustainable Technologies reprocessing business globally. An ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic business objectives that enable long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Become the subject matter expert for all elements of the global reprocessing business.

Lead critical revenue driving projects and effectively communicate project progress.

Lead product lifecycle management activities for the portfolio, including but not limited to key projects or programs, change development processes, and data management.

Capable of working collaboratively among cross-functional teams including R&D, sourcing, manufacturing, enterprise marketing, enterprise contracting, strategic pricing, customer service, finance, quality, regulatory, legal, inventory, regional and channel teams.

Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of marketing and product management disciplines necessary for building business plans, product plans, and marketing plans.

Own manufacturing and supply chain relationships for assigned portfolio. Develop effective communication methods between supply planning, manufacturing, and regional marketing teams.

Translate market and customer needs into clearly defined goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive sales& profitability for the business. Accountable for gaining and driving cross functional support from all stakeholders.

Identify and remain current on market trends. Determine product/service lifecycle implications and makes recommendations to maintain market competitiveness and to achieve sustainable economic success.

Exhibit strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

2+ years experience in related field, preferred.

Tenacity and willingness to roll up your sleeves and work quickly.

Capable of multitasking and prioritization to deliver on business commitments

Ability to problem solve and think creatively

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to travel up to 15%

Anticipated salary range: $66,500 - $95,000
