Ideal Candidate :Atema is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant that will support the Chief Sales and Development Officer. The ideal candidate will be able to enhance the Chief Sales and Development Officer's effectiveness through information management, meticulous attention to detail, and time management skills. One should have the confidence to thrive and accept new challenges while supporting multiple roles in a dynamic team setting.This individual should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing sales and marketing support to Executive Management. The Sales and Marketing Assistant must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with multiple social media platforms, utilizing marketing CRM systems for email campaigns, and the ability prioritize task completion with limited supervision.Who We Are:Atema is a global Quality Management System consulting firm specializing in the construction industry. We work actively in the building construction industry, transportation with a specialty in fabricated steel and precast concrete structures, where we offer comprehensive services to improve our clients' structural fabrication projects.Position Details:The Sales and Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Chief Sales and Development Officer in day-to-day functions supporting current and potential Atema clients. This position will work onsite (M-F) at our HQ location in West Loop, Chicago, ILJob Functions and ResponsibilitiesSales & DevelopmentMonitor incoming leads channels such as emails, phone calls, referrals, show attendance, and other sales channelsEnter leads received into company CRM systemField lead and customer questions in a professional and concise mannerProvide courteous and professional customer serviceDraft proposals for standard products and servicesEnter proposal data into the Sales Dashboard and prepare sales reports for Executive ManagementRoutine upkeep of the proposal template with updated products and servicesAssist in follow up with archived leads, and clients with completed projects to determine new or modified service offeringsCommunicate with accounting and project teams once proposals are sold to continue the certification assistance processMarketingSupport Management in the creation and delivery of email marketing campaignsUpdate marketing collateral as directed by ManagementMaintain a monthly content calendar for social media postings and email campaignsAssist in tracking content deliverables for on time postingsRequest analytics reports regarding website and ad campaign performance with Atema's marketing contractorAssist in preparing monthly marketing reports for Executive ManagementEntry level website support (Shopify): Support Management in keeping website content up to date as directedExecute timeliness of marketing deliverablesOffice AdministrationAnswering the main phone line, forwarding calls, and setting up follow up calls using programs such as Microsoft Teams, and other screenshare platformsPrepare communications such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondenceOther duties as assignedQualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel, Teams, and Outlook)Familiarity with Shopify for website editing (strongly preferred)Familiarity with use of social media platformsFamiliarity with a Marketing CRM system for email campaigns (Klayvio, MailChimp, etc.)Self-driven and has the ability to achieve tasks alone with appropriate directionEffective time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize.Strong data entry experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsEducation and Background:At least two years of sales and marketing experienceAt least one year of office administration experienceBachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experienceBenefits Offered:Attractive health insurance package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance and Telemedicine subscription)Paid Leave, Sick/Safe Leave & HolidaysCompetitive 401K with company contribution (After one year)
