in Seattle, WA for 2 different locations.This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted senior living operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a base salary of
$85,000 - $95,000
per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.PerksOpportunity to work for an exceptional, growing operator in the Pacific Northwest.Community has a very good local reputation, strong executive director leadership and is a newly developed community.Opportunity to work with one of the most notable senior living operators pioneering senior living hospitality and exceptional customer service.Opportunity has a competitive base salary, VERY lucrative commission plan, and great benefits.QualificationsDegree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare2+ years experience in sales — CCRC, Senior Living, Assisted Living, Healthcare, or Marketing experience preferredCurrent and valid driver’s licenseExcellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship-buildingPrior experience as a Director of Marketing or equivalentResponsibilitiesProactively seek out prospective residents and families for assisted living services and grow community census.Create, implement, and follow through on events to increase prospective residents to the community.Provide the highest level of customer service including building the prospect CRM database, responding to inquiries, generating tours, and performing purposeful follow-up.Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources
