This role collaborates closely with the marketing team to launch new products, features, and services to market. The Director of Product Marketing is integral to the organization, bridging product management, marketing, and sales functions.Essential Function & Responsibilities:Ensure successful product adoption and market launch as part of the marketing team.Collaborate with product management to align technology roadmap with key value drivers impacting go-to-market strategies.Build and lead the product marketing team, driving business-level messaging, positioning, and competitive analysis.Make data-driven decisions to achieve company goals and propel product development.Assist in the development pricing, messaging, packaging, promotion, and selling strategies for our products.Train and support sales and customer support teams on new tools and products.Align with cross-functional leaders on customer-centric priorities.Lead development and delivery of sales and marketing collateral emphasizing core value propositions and benefits.Evangelize our products through thought leadership, blogging, social media, and speaking engagements.Collaborate proactively with growth marketing, brand marketing, and creative teams.Own sales enablement, supporting complex sales processes.Stay updated on market trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.7-10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a SaaS business.Demonstrated expertise in determining product-market fit and successfully launching products.Strong leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Highly analytical approach applied across customer development, product adoption, and sales processes.Ability to lead and communicate effectively with engineering and other departments.
