About This Role
TaskForce seeks an experienced Senior Graphic Designer for its cultural campaign to mobilize voters to vote in the 2024 election. The Senior Graphic Designer for Culture 2024 will be responsible for developing graphic design elements for our Culture 2024 campaign. The Senior Graphic Designer will report to TaskForce's Founder and Chief Cultural Organizer (CCO) and will be part of a 15+ person 2024 cultural engagement team. This position is remote.
Term of Contract
This is a short-term contract ending on Nov 30th.

Graphic DesignCreate passionate graphic works across various mediums to convey the vision of Culture 2024Exhibit portfolio that exemplifies versatility for reaching intended audiences across several key regionsCreative Direction
Manage team of designers across multiple projects at onceTrack deadlines for multiple projects on a timeline to ensure completion of projectsSteer teams towards specialized designs as you consider personalization for 7 key regional marketsCollaboration
Work with PR and Amplification teams to spread projects across multiple platforms, audiences, and regions for the purpose of reaching intended audiencesCooperate with artists outsourced to create unique designs and gain important insight on the direction of projectsAbout You
Strong portfolio of graphic design projects, from logos to posters to UI/web design and moreMotivated by the goals of Culture 2024 and their own creative inspirationExceptionally detail-orientedProactive and excellent communicatorWorking knowledge of how to navigate and understand cultural networksAbility to maintain confidential and sensitive informationAbility to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentInvested in TaskForce's vision and mission for positive change through arts and cultureAbility to work independently and as part of a team, to take direction, to receive feedback, and to execute tasks accordinglyDeep commitment to progressive values and electoral engagementYour Experience
8+ years in a senior position with creative direction and graphic designExperience with programs such as the Adobe creative suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Salary and Compensation$100,000 - $110,000
