The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce operations team in US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together. We aim to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok.

The role is responsible for building the integrated marketing and promotion model for the TikTok eCommerce business in US.

Responsibilities- Support business growth by driving awareness and traffic to drive incremental GMV during seasonal and tentpole moments.- Drive awareness of TikTok Shop through activating campaigns featuring highly recognizable brands, creators & products.- Share updates & marketing plans with cross-functional teams and partners to problem solve & align on key messages.- Support the execution of promotional campaigns for both end consumers and merchants, partner on awareness driving initiatives, and lead both internal and external brand partnerships.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:- 4+ years experience of e-com marketing management; a mixed experience in both marketplace platform side and brand side is highly preferred.- 1+ years of experience in integrated marketing and promotion.- Experience with partnerships and social media management a plus

Preferred Qualifications:- Strong knowledge and experience of Live Streaming is preferred.- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving.- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
