Applicants for the Head of Design position at the company should hold a BS/MS/PhD degree in a relevant field such as computer science, AI, or data science, with a focus on design and product delivery. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in design, particularly in a leadership capacity, is required, with a proven track record of delivering intuitive products used by a large customer base. The ideal candidate will be an expert in modern AI technologies, machine learning models, data analytics, and the infrastructure necessary for their reliable deployment at scale.
