Detailed Description:
This is a rare opportunity to lead major projects and deliver exceptional service to our well-established clients. This leadership level position will be responsible for managing wastewater, water resources, and/or infrastructure design projects and maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients. Job Expectations:
Manage and execute work on wastewater and water utilities and industrial facilities including wastewater treatment, water treatment, advanced water treatment, pumping station, and bio-system facility planning and designLead our engineering designs preparing reports, construction plans, specifications, calculations, equipment selection, and cost estimates for various projectsActively direct multi-discipline design project resources and interface with ClientsAssume responsibility for meeting budget, schedule, and profitability goals for assigned projectsProvide consultation in specialized areas. Make decisions and solve problems.Participate in improving company resources and tools to improve design production and efficiency.Prepare and make presentations to clients for project technical meetingsEnsure the quality of work products within the scope of the budget and schedule of the projectSupervise and mentor teams of project engineers in delivering projects and professional growth.Desired Skills and Experience:
B.S. degree in related engineering field of Mechanical Engineering, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering required, Master’s degree a plus.7+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in related experienceProfessionally registered (Mechanical or Civil) engineer required; license must be current and in good standing.Demonstrated strong project leadership skills.Ability to focus on client needs while balancing multiple priorities to include but not limited to project management, design, bidding and construction management services.Strong technical writing skills required.Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and written report preparation.
Salary Range:
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A:
$103,000 - $141,000
Location B:
$114,000 - $155,000
Location C:
$124,000 - $169,000
