Digital Marketing ManagerPosition Purpose and ObjectivesThis position of Digital Marketing Manager will lead a team to create digital marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing. Duties include managing all performance advertising, ecommercer performance, and analyzing the success of previous and current marketing campaigns, managing agency relationships and coordinating their actions and marketing strategies with other departments. This position will oversee marketing campaigns from their initial ideation to implementation to completion. These social media, email, and online advertising campaigns will include a variety of ads, videos, website content, blog posts, and more.The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with content and ecommerce teams.Essential Job FunctionsWill oversee performance, social and creative team to manage and execute digital email and SMS marketing campaigns for DTC (consumer) and DTP (practitioner) channels and to ensure consistency and optimizationCreate, proof, launch, track, analyze, monitor, and report various outbound marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention objectivesAnalyze and report on campaign performanceLeverage campaign content, segmentation (personalization), and targeting to improve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)Perform A/B testing to improve conversion rates and revenue (content, email templates, landing pages, subject lines, timing, offers, etc.)Stays up to date on changes in the digital marketing space and suggests updates accordingly to best serve the objectives of the organizationFollow the latest trends in digital and email media and keep the company at the forefront of technologyEnsures that projects, department milestones, and goals are met while adhering to approved budgetsAdheres to all other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities RequiredExperience in a number of digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to Hubspot, Klavio, SAP, Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics, etc.Excellent organization skills and attention to detailExcel in problem-solving and strategizingHighly motivated, energetic work ethicAbility to work independently in a fast deadline-oriented environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganization and time management skillsAbility to analyze and interpret sales, website, and social media statisticsKnowledge of search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing methodsAbility to complete tasks under pressureWorking ConditionsHybridMinimum Qualifications5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, 2-3 years managing a teamBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
