About The Role
Role:
Kitchen Designer
As an experienced kitchen, home or bathroom designer, you'll use your design skills to help our customers turn their dreams into reality. Using our custom technology, you'll have all the tools needed to lead the development of new business, build lasting customer connections, design dream kitchens, and close sales.
Compensation:
Enjoy a generous starting salary of $18.85 per hour, with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions, paving the way for an impressive OTE of over $70,000 annually.

About You
What you will bring to Wren:
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are vital. Experience in kitchen, bathroom or similar design is preferred, but exceptional candidates with CAD, Design or Commission sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, with some weekend and evening shifts required.
