This role focuses on the hands-on management of end-to-end email campaign deployment, efficiently working under pressure to meet tight deadlines while possessing superior organizational, project management, and communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely across multiple teams, leveraging CRM data to drive performance, and continuously testing and learning to challenge the norms with a decisive mentality.
Directly manage the end-to-end deployment of Email Marketing campaigns.Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure their integration with overall business priorities.Partner with analytics to report on campaign and channel performance, providing actionable insights.Utilize CRM data effectively to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.Lead and collaborate on projects across teams, ensuring excellent communication and stakeholder partnership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven expertise in Email Marketing and personalization techniques.Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MailChimp).Excellent communication and project management skills.
