Position Overview

rag & bone is looking for a strong Allocator to partner with Buyers to ensure replenishment items are allocated based on trend and merchandising strategies. This person will be responsible for inventory management and replenishment.

Job Summary

The Chicago Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the overall brand and product presentation within the Chicago Flagship location. The merchandiser will balance art and commerce by ensuring a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote product selling across the network. This position is a member of the visual merchandising department and reports into the Visual Merchandising Manager - Central.

RequirementsExecute and utilize visual merchandising to ensure a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote selling within Chicago Flagship location.Ensure that the store presentations are consistent to the global retail strategy, visual guidelines, window installations, and special projects.Consider localized market needs and variations.Supervise the store inventory levels, product delivery cadence schedule, and overall product ownership in partnership with store management.Manage the brand standards and store maintenance within the store at all times. Train and manage sales and support staff on the criteria.Develop and nurture partnerships with general, store, and stock managers to promote brand and sales driving VM presentations, taking store visibility, inventory, and merchandise productivity into accommodation.Manage communication to and from the store and HQ, including floor set planning, scheduling, and execution, new receipts and inventory levels, and special needs.Support VM Team and store team with other tasks when the store is set.Provide inclusive and photographic recaps to corresponding store and VM partnerships.Responsibilities

Hourly Pay Range

$23-$25 USD
