What you'll bring
Strong conceptual thinking
5+ years of visual design experience working on building and extending brand visual identities, creating award-winning design pieces, scaling end-to-end event identities
Intimate knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other modern design tools
Strong leadership skills: ability to work independently with fellow creative collaborators, copywriters, art directors, etc. Be able to clearly communicate with leaders and project stakeholders. As a senior creative, be able to mentor junior designers
BA degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
How you will lead
Apply strategic visual thinking to deliver end-to-end brand creative visual solutions with a focus on brand visual identity
Turn go-wide explorations into solid concepts and extend those concepts into designs that resonate with specific brand audiences
Utilize industry design standards and best practices to define and implement design criteria, design guidelines, and design specs
Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends
Collaborate effectively with other team designers, researchers, leadership/project stakeholders, program management, marketing, and other team members
Prioritize work & multi-task well; Wear multiple hats, self-manage creative bandwidth and clearly escalate constraints. Support adjacent areas like art direction and design production when needed
