Our entertainment client’s Marketing team is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to be an exceptional addition to the Brand Marketing team. The individual should be the go-to leader for their individual campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are managed and the brand strategy comes through in everything they do. In this role, you’ll also work side by side with Brand and Content marketing teams across the organization on specific initiatives and partnerships to ensure the brand and consumer offering is best represented and differentiated.

Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and execute 2024 brand marketing campaigns among internal and external partners. This includes but is not limited to: running weekly task force meetings, ensuring the right content is featured, seeking content & legal approvals, and ensuring the project stays within budget.Must have experience campaign managing 360 productions including film, OOH, social, events, and radioConsistently partner with brand leads throughout projectsProvide leadership and support for the design, development, and implementation of all brand-led projects to ensure consistency of brand vision, both on- and off-channelUtilize research insights, performance metrics, and other data available to track and optimize campaignsOversee approvals on internal/external brand marketing & advertising campaign programs (creative, media, etc.)Qualifications:3-5 years relevant experience in brand campaign management with a leading consumer-facing brand or brand agencyBA/BS DegreePassion for the entertainment industry is a major plusAgility to jump in and add value/problem solveThrive in a fast-paced environment where decisions have to be made quickly but are rooted in data analysis and past expertiseExcellent project & brand management skills, as well as production management experienceOpen/direct verbal, written, and listening communication skillsAbility to work exceptionally well in a team environment and partner with multiple constituenciesSolid understanding of the evolving media landscapeProficient in Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets. Knowledge of Airtable is a plus.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.11 to $56.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
