Position Summary:
Plan and implement workshops and related activities for children with the purpose of providing medical and psychosocial therapy through music. Demonstrates commitment to a patient and family focused model of care.Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:
1+ year clinical internship in MT, with an emphasis on working with pediatric populations. Experience in creating quantifiable research studies highly preferred. Competent musician with guitar, piano & vocal skills.Education/Licensure/Certification:
A Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university in Music Therapy. Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider CPR certification
