Purpose:

To serve as the first point of contact for the Executive Offices. Supporting the GM with administrative tasks and coordinating calendars for GM + Sales + Events. Oversee and develop communication efforts to support departments, employees, consumers, and members, for the promotion, implementation, and/or announcement of events and services.Key Responsibilities of the EA & Communications Coordinator:

Administrative Duties: telephone, calendar, meeting planning and member relationsAttend Committee Meetings: manage meeting minutes and distributionCommunication Flow: assist with both verbal and written communication to provide clarity and consistent messaging to membershipInhouse meetings: serve as administrator for inhouse meeting and event spacesDesign, edit and distribute material for members on behalf of departmentsDesign, edit and distribute communications throughout year according to communications calendarCreate and maintain lines of communication between department directors and managers to ensure a full understanding of the Communications Manager’s tasks and servicesMeet with department directors and managers to outline goals, strategies and useful tactics for marketing internally to members.Work with departments on projects as needed to develop and deliver solutions to benefit the ClubDesign, edit and distribute promotional advertising to increase member/consumer base, as well as promote tours and memberships.Work with Director of Membership to implement new campaigns in various media.Direct announcements to Community on behalf of any departments or the Club as a wholeDevelop and maintain website in the following capacities: Calendar updates and ongoing department maintenance, member information (work with Member Services to maintain) Club personnel, analytics to determine efficacy of website’s various campaigns and eventsCoordinates, edits, and sends emails for departmentsMaintains Member Roster to ensure delivery of emailsResearches any new or existing methods of communicationPlans and implements potentially more efficient methods of communication through emailReplys to any and all concerns about email systemChecks all social media outlets on a daily basis for updates and messagesUpdates any events or member announcements on behalf of departmentsAssesses analytics to determine efficacy of campaignsAssists the General Manager/COO and Board of Directors in creating, proofing and delivering various professional documents and reports for and to the MembershipFoster a team environmentOther Qualifications:

Intermediate knowledge of Adobe applications (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS programming languagesBasic knowledge of SEO, SEM & PPCExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-starting; able to work majority of time without supervision but coordinate as a team when neededAble to multi-task and produce high-quality results with strict deadlinesBilingual is a plus, but not necessaryJob Type:

Bachelor’s DegreeTwo or more years of CC experience in any capacityAptitude for speaking in publicComfortable with crisis management communicationAble to work overtime, weekends and holidays
