ITAC Solutions is looking for a designer to lead the UI and UX for a new suite of software applications for one of our clients. This designer will be a critical member of the team that will work with software engineers, UX researchers, strategists, product managers, and many other team members in a fast-paced and Agile setting.

What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to inform intuitive and engaging experiencesTranslate complex ideas into understandable conceptsCreate frameworks, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes to communicate innovative product ideas, working within cross-functional teamsCreate prototypes that showcase multiple design concepts quickly, with an understanding of what customer and business problems they solveDrive design solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for each productLeverage service blueprints to capture and bring together 'front-stage' and 'back-stage 'experienceExecute all design stages from concept to developmentPartner with researchers in conducting user research and have the ability to conduct self-initiated user testingEvaluate user feedback and iterate design and concept based on insights gained from feedbackInfluence the roadmap for research initiatives, product development, and feature developmentContribute to the development of design guidelines to create consistent experiences across the user journeyScope requests, develop and communicate a level of effort, and plan work to be done in a dynamic team environmentWhat you'll need to be considered:
4-6 years UI/UX experiencePortfolio of past design workStrong communication skillsKnowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc or InVisionExcellent visual design skillsExperience designing B2B experiences.Work in an Agile development process.Development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptCreation of accessibility solutions that adhere to WCAG guidelines.What could set you apart:
Proficiency in Figma or other visual design toolsHealthcare industry experience
