As a Retail Media Specialist, you'll work alongside a team of personable and collaborative marketing and retail experts to execute Retail Media Marketing campaigns for some of the most innovative brands and omni-channel retailers.

This position calls for a curious problem solver who loves strategizing and collaborating with internal and external partners. Responsibilities:

Act as an advertising lead for PPC/Search campaigns on Target and other priority omni-channel retailers as needed.Strategically plan, launch, and optimize PPC/Search campaigns across different retailers and channels to drive sales and increase brand awareness.Comfortable building strategies with an analytical mindset.Act as a client-facing liaison with the ability to communicate media performance, intake and apply client priorities to deliver effective campaign strategies.Responsible for daily bid management and optimization across all retailers serviced.Help in preparing for client meetings, including email communication, timeline updates, agenda creation, and next step accountability.Partner across Sales to understand account / assortment priorities, to ensure parallel execution through searchStay curious about the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that campaigns are competitive and effective.Taking initiative to develop relationships with team members across different functions to facilitate coordination and communication.Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (or experience equivalent to four years of college) in a related field6-12 months of work experience in ecommerce, retail, or PPC preferredAble to digest, analyze, and visualize large sets of dataExperience working with Roundel or Walmart Connect a bonusEntrepreneurial spirit - an insatiable curiosity to learn and willingness to present in front of clientsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Adapts to an environment that changes quicklyExudes the character traits: hungry, humble, EQ, excellence, transparency, relationship, ownership & teamwork
