The business has grown 10x since 2015 and is poised for continued rocket-ship momentum.The OpportunityAs Product Manager, Ad Serving, you will design and deliver business-critical systems which touch millions of people around the world every day. You will make an outsize impact by optimizing our ad decision systems and ad decision mechanics. You will partner closely with cross-functional global teams, external partners, and customers to identify opportunities to drive our business forward.Responsibilities :Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver new ad decision systems and to optimize ad serving resultsEmbody excellence in product management through effective partnership, planning, communication, and oversight of feature developmentOwn the high-level product roadmap and set engineering up for success by breaking bigger initiatives into epics and storiesBe a context multiplier. Engage widely with your stakeholders and be an advocate for viewers, advertisers, and internal teams.Present to senior leadership and demo new features and functionality to a broad audienceCollaborate with distributed teams in the US, Europe and other locationsStay on top of trends in the advertising industryDefine metrics and KPIs you will use to measure the success of your productsExperience:6+ years of professional experience in cross-functional technical roles; or 4+ years with an MBA.Prior experience as a PM is preferredExperience in ad tech, streaming video, app development, or other web-scale technologiesPrior experience working directly with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders in sales or partnershipsProven strengths in analytics and technical problem-solvingHands-on experience with any of: basic SQL, APIs, BI development, web development, scripting languagesExperience in Agile product developmentAbility to balance concurrent projects and manage tradeoffsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCALIFORNIA AND NEW YORK ONLYCompensation for this role is expected to be between $140,000 and $175,000.
