Position Objective:

The

Director of Marketing

leads the marketing efforts using their strong background in marketing strategy, team management and project management. The principal focus of the team is to drive marketing initiatives through the successful execution of campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate actionable sales leads.

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote AAF's products and services.Understand the competitive landscape through value chain analysis of key industry stakeholders.Identify, quantify and prioritize strategic market segments to target and develop/execute business plans for those markets. Continually assess potential new, emerging and attractive segments.Develop business cases, value propositions and pricing strategies for existing products and new products and services.Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Develop and execute our channel and branding strategy by implementing comprehensive marketing plans to support commercial objectives.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, trade show presence and promotional materials.Be the main coordinator of all internal stakeholders, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies as needed, from awareness created through to profit generated.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Establish and utilize project management software to organize and track marketing initiatives, tasks, and deadlines.

Requirements

Position Requirements:Bachelor's Degree with over 10 years of proven demand generation and digital marketing/lead generation experience, yielding measurable project results; advanced business degree preferred;Business to business and industrial product experience essential. Service marketing knowledge with subscription and alternative ownership funding models is an advantage;Demonstrated success in managing teams to drive visibility and top-line growth;Comprehensive understanding of successful digital campaign components and execution processes;Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization and business insights;Expertise in marketing automation (salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), lead generation and sales enablement tools for effective campaign management;Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals from different backgrounds and geographies;Strong comfort and proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) applications, internet search engines, proprietary databases, website management, salesforce and associated tools;Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, lead generation and tracking, digital marketing, market research & analytics, planning and promotions/advertising;Product development, stage gate process, product launch;Product positioning and pricing;Project management;Financial analysis;Campaign management;Marketing technology such as CRM, CMS and Marketing Automation.
