Full job description

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in executing and managing various marketing initiatives. The role will include assisting with day-to-day marketing operations, reporting, assisting with campaign creation and implementation, and supporting our Operating Companies with their marketing needs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and passionate about marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Support:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.2. Content Creation:

Develop and curate engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.3. Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and campaigns.4. Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing marketing materials.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.5. Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and support event marketing efforts.6. Operational Support:

Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and ensure smooth workflow within the marketing department.Support Operating Companies with their marketing needs, providing guidance and resources as necessary.7. Reporting:

Generate and maintain reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and other relevant metrics.Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.Benefits:
