The

Dealer Marketing Specialist

is responsible for developing and enhancing marketing programs, as well as promoting participation in those programs by LMC Dealers, alongside the Sr. Dealer Marketing Specialist. The incumbent actively pursues participation by developing and implementing communication plans that explain the benefits of the program, and how utilizing these programs will increase their profitability. The Dealer Marketing Specialist is assigned specific account responsibility. This position requires working in our office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays and the first Monday of each month.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Contacts accounts and promotes programs and special offers designed to provide the best combination of price, quality and product availability.Identifies suppliers to obtain competitive programs based on the accounts requirements and knowledge of suppliers that are a best match with the accounts requirements.Develops and maintains knowledge of all programs within area of responsibility,Works to develop comprehensive communication plan for the accounts they are responsible for, in order to develop sales and hit growth objectives.Interacts with Regional Managers to provide consistent communication regarding account issues, including sales updates.Acts as the liaison with suppliers regarding quality issues, cost reduction efforts, yearly and quarterly planning meetings, and overall performance of the business interaction throughout the year.Ability to educate accounts regarding the benefits of marketing programs to support their sales efforts.Builds strong rapport with our customers through direct phone communication. Is proactive in promoting our programs and services via phone calls, ensuring a personalized and engaging customer experience.Supports dealer members by providing current marketing programs and acts in a consultative manner with the dealer base to promote the benefits of the programs available to them as a LMC dealer/stockholder.Annually evaluates and measures effectiveness of their assigned marketing programs and reports back to VP of Marketing on recommendations.Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.Qualifications :

3 + years of directly related experience in marketing and/or sales required.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field, or equivalent experience required.Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to negotiate.Experience and success in leveraging phone outreach is required.Strong knowledge of marketing principles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with internal and external contacts, both in writing and verbally.Considerable knowledge of computer programs including Excel, Word, Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Microsoft TeamsAbility to speak with accounts and articulate program benefits to increase account participation.Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.Skilled in fact and profit-based decision making, problem solving and analytical skills.Why join LMC?
