Proposal and Marketing Coordinator

Preload is growing and looking for a Proposal and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This person develop and organize professional technical proposals in conjunction with Sales,Estimating, and Construction Management while also overseeing, coordinating, and participating in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization. Pay is in the $80K to $100K range, depending on experience composing construction proposals.
This responsibility includes incorporating Preload branding and marketing material into aesthetically pleasing proposals for competitive sealed proposals.Create written narratives and organized technical proposals conveying Preload's design and construction methods applied to the customer specified criteria for unique projects. Learn and comprehend the unique aspects of Preload's design and construction methods.Coordinate and obtain information from various departments required to prepare responsive and comprehensive proposals, based on customer criteria.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement the organization's advertising and promotional activities.Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.Collaborates with senior executives to develop marketing strategies in nontraditional growth markets.Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget.Support Sales by attending conventions, conferences, and trade shows, prepare engaging displays and provide post-event reports and analysis.Develop content and post on Preload Social Media accounts.Develop content (blog entry, tank profiles, etc.), update and manage Preload website.Coordinate, develop, and execute Preload advertising plan.Coordinate & manage the yearly Concrete Decision Award.Manage communication, relationship, and work assignments with Preload's external marketing firm.Attend Prebid meetings and Bid Openings to fill in for District Sales Managers or Estimators as needed.Performs other related duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications.5 years of experience in marketing and professional proposal writing.Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design softwareEstablished roster of media and PR contacts
