Description

Trusted by more startups around the world, AWS makes the power of cloud computing accessible for all by giving founders everywhere access to the same technology that powers the world’s largest companies. With nearly 20 years of experience gained from supporting hundreds of thousands of startups that have come before, we help founders prove that their world-changing ideas are possible, at any stage of growth or level of funding. This is why more startups build on AWS than on any other cloud provider.

The AWS Global Startup Marketing team is seeking a Senior Startup Solutions Marketing Manager to revolutionize how AWS Startups shows up in the world. This role is crucial in the development of compelling core messaging and brand campaigns that reinforces AWS’s reputation, credibility, and trust as the backbone of the global startup ecosystem. This includes owning internal and external positioning statements and marketing tools that articulate the unique value proposition of AWS for Startups.

In this role, you’ll drive consistency of our brand narrative across all touch points and execute end-to-end unconventional marketing concepts, while ensuring our customer’s voices are amplified across AWS’s many marketing channels. You’ll proactively seek out data and trends in order to articulate the transformative power of AWS technology - which includes generative AI, in compelling, accessible ways as it relates to the startup ecosystem.

Success in this role requires operating with a “think big” get-it-done mentality, sometimes in complex, ever-evolving, and ambiguous environments, and persistence in the pursuit of bar raising brand marketing in the startup ecosystem.

Domestic and international travel are required.

*Work cross-functionally with global stakeholders across sales, product marketing, brand, content, operations, and public relations to gather data inputs, proof points/statistics, to ensure alignment, and amplify the startup message.

*Measure, analyze, and optimize program effectiveness such as NPS, SOV, among other metrics.
