Diplomacy and flexibility will be key strengths of the ideal candidate. In addition, clients can be fairly detail oriented; expectations for strong organizational skills and attention to detail is high.This position is perfect for a candidate who can build strong relationships with multiple teams, both within Infinite Roar and with clients. The Director will have many opportunities to extend beyond the current scope of this position and flex muscles in process development, systems and overall operational excellence for Infinite Roar clients. While providing thought leadership on audience strategies and campaign optimization, the Director builds strong relationships and establishes clear lines of communication with agency partners and the client services team alike. This role oversees all campaign activity and deliverables for the team. The Director facilitates the training and development of the team and determines each individual’s assignments and bandwidth, distributing work as needed.Role Objectives:Direct and manage the daily workflow of campaigns across the video eco-system (linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, Addressable), including proposal development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recapsAssume accountability and ownership of campaign execution for assigned client accountsReview client deliverables for quality, ensuring that recommendations and work product are sound and viableOwn the development of strategic proposals, coordinating across teams to account for all relevant inputsManage, train, mentor, and develop a teamUnderstand and effectively communicate value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accountsParticipate in forecasting exercises for senior managementDevelop processes to ensure data integrity and implement across the agencyMaintain a strong understanding of the systems used such as MediaOcean/Prisma or other digital buying tools, Ad Servers/Verification, DSPs, Social Platforms, DMPs, and internal proprietary toolsProvide ideas and solutions for pain points/problems in processes; then work alongside internal and external teams to develop best practices, enhancements, and tools to improve theseDetermine and activate how to deliver necessary data to teams for various reporting purposesBuild and maintain strong relationships across multiple internal teams and external teamsMaintain relationships with vendors to ensure trust and confidence with our buying partnersCultivate a team-focused mentality across the larger Investment teamQualifications 8+ years of experience in media, national broadcast preferred; online video is a plusStrong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiencySolid verbal and written communication skillsTechnical proficiency, particularly with the following tools:MediaOcean, MBOXThird-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g.Integral Ad Science)Excel, Word, PowerPointDemonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines under pressureDemonstrates leadership skillsAdditional Information This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.
