A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.We are looking for a passionate, driven Senior Product Manager to help design, build, and develop big impact features to improve customer experience and deliver best-in-class Softlines selection (including Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches, Accessories, Sports and Outdoors). This leader will be our customers' best advocate, driving ideation and solving complex problems in one of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business. A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual who strives to answer business/operational questions and who works across functional boundaries. You will transform data into actionable insights, and enjoy taking a data-driven approach to solving complex business problems. You will work on highly ambiguous problems with stakeholders across multiple business, engineering, science, and tech teams in WW Selection, F2 Tech, Search, Shopping, Selling Partner Services, and Pricing. This role comes at the intersection of business, technology, finance, statistics, and data mining. To succeed in this role you should be passionate about working with large datasets and be someone who loves to bring data together to answer key business questions. You should have deep expertise in the creation and management of datasets and a proven track record of pulling data through SQL and translating that data into meaningful insights to answer key business questions. In this role, you will have ownership of end-to-end development of reports and solutions to complex questions and you’ll play an integral role in strategic decision-making.Key job responsibilitiesGather data and perform sophisticated analytical exercisesEmploy data mining, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends and create relevant measurement dashboardsDrive standardization, simplification and automation of internal processes and data productsManage weekly and monthly business reporting and create relevant measurement dashboardsWork with various stakeholders to understand business drivers, goals, and actionable outcomes using analyticsManage databases and work with technology teams to develop systems to support business intelligence needsA day in the lifeThe successful candidate will be comfortable with advanced SQL query design and data mining techniques, have strong analytical and communication skills, and have a passion for using data to drive business decisions. You develop strong working relationships with business partners (such as Amazon Pricing, Search, and Vendor Management teams) to define and understand complex business questions and analyze data to identify the root cause and drive strategic business decisions.About The TeamYour team will be some of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business: Fashion (Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories) and Fitness (Sports, Outdoors).Basic Qualifications5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience as a product manager or ownerExperience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvementPreferred QualificationsExperience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insightsExperience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersExperience in quantitative and qualitative research
