Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy for Chobani modern food portfolio including creamer and oatmilk, encompassing all product lines and brand extensions that drive brand equity and HHPDevelop Masterbrand and product platform creative strategies and narratives to guide campaign work by understanding and optimizing communication and channel tactics based on KPIs, competitor dynamics, platform strategy, and consumer insightsPartner with Insights to identify and translate data and cultural trends, behaviors, and insights into to inform brand strategyCollaborate with marketing team, media, insights, new product development, shopper, sales, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpointsStay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for brand growthOversee brand creative development, ensuring all materials align with brand voice and identityLead innovation in the space with NDP and innovation teamResponsible for annual aligned integrated marketing calendar, collaborating with Project Management on work-back schedules with key milestones for internal teams and agencies on each campaignEnsure the go-to-market creative and plan delivers against consistent and defined communications strategy and is aligned with goals and objectivesIdentify, test and scale new marketing ideas and partnerships that resonate with our consumers and our community. 10+ years of experience in product management, brand marketing, or a related field with a detailed understand of how brand marketing and creative strategy support greater business goalProven track record of successfully driving brand equity, business goals and launching new productsStrong understanding of CPG or similar industryExperience in leveraging data driven research/analysis and competitor analysis to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programsExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsHas their finger on the pulse of consumer trends, culture, media, technology and advertising.
