What will you do?

Be the marketing expert for our partners.Speak to the marketing strategy, results, and performance metrics.Present presentations, data, and content to our partners.Pitch our services and close deals.Manage the Digital Marketing team.Oversee all paid advertisement channels and google adwords for our clients.Ensure the accuracy of deliverables.Create reports, presentations, and outline new plans.Participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions, generate new ideas and execute.Work closely with the other team members on the Digital management team to create results!

Position Summary : The Growth and Digital Marketing Team helps the organization grow through business development efforts and performance marketing efforts. They develop and implement sales and performance marketing strategies that help strengthen our client offerings, increase client retention, and increase the number of clients.

The Head of Growth and Digital Marketing plays a critical role in the organization. This is a diversified role that requires both strong marketing knowledge and sales skills. You must be able to walk the walk and talk the talk. They work closely with the CEO and other members of the management team to create success for our clients, their team, and the organization as a whole. This person is in charge of managing the Digital Marketing team, overseeing all digital ad campaigns for clients, problem-solving all technical issues, communicating with clients, and growing their client portfolios. This role supports the overall needs and goals of the company by driving results for their clients and maintaining the best client experience. They understand that client experience is king.

This role will be responsible for managing client and vendor relationships, investigating and resolving day-to-day issues, and playing a key role in strategic planning with the CEO. They work closely with peers on the management team and cross-functional teams to enhance the agency's operational efficiency and client experience.

Essential Functions:

Leadership:

Execute the CEO's vision and process to achieve business goals.Investigate and resolve day-to-day issues for your clients and team efficiently.Work closely with the management team and support as needed all other business functions.Foster a positive team environment and facilitate effective team communication.Delegate tasks and projects to appropriate team members as needed to meet project deadlines, address client needs, and achieve business objectives.Identify and assess team bandwidth for client requests and other projects assigned.Provide out-of-office coverage for team members, ensuring continuous workflow.Escalate high-level issues to the CEO.Own recruitment and onboarding of team members for your department and support other leaders as needed.Own all hiring, terminations, and performance management for the Digital Marketing team.

Client and Vendor Platform Management:

Own all client escalations regarding Digital Marketing.Develop and maintain strong relationships with all digital clients.Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Be well-versed in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.Manage all advertising campaigns, websites, and analytics for clients.Manage all advertising budgets for clients ensuring accuracy.Manage all client reporting.Speak effectively to results ensuring retention of clients.Communicate performance results with clients.Communicate regularly with the CEO and other leaders regarding platform performance, cross-departmental communications, reporting, and other escalations or feedback.

Business Development Management:

Effectively implement a sales process, creating new partnerships through business development efforts.Achieve business development goals through sales efforts.Work with other leaders to identify strategic market growth opportunities.Manage your business development and sales funnel effectively, vetting prospective clients, pitching, and closing new business.Ensure sales goals are met and growth is healthy and diversified.Manage all sales materials. Use your resources around the company to create new presentations or one-pagers as needed.

Stay informed about industry trends and recommend improvements to business objectives, client service and product offerings, and existing operational processes.All other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

Full decision-making responsibilities and management for all marketing team members including but not limited to compensation packages, hiring, firing, performance management, and general performance.

Required Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredAssociate or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field is preferred3+ year presenting and/or selling to clients preferred3+ years of sales experience preferredExperience in digital marketing preferredExperience managing or overseeing campaigns in Google and Meta preferredStrong understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing strategies.Experience managing teams is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Required Skills / Abilities:

Physical Requirements :

Hybrid in-office role.Assures that safety regulations are followed at all times.Adherence to compliance measures implemented by governing bodies such as but not limited to OSHA & the CDC. Follows policies and procedures including infection control, universal precautions, and exposure control plans when performing daily tasks.Reports hazardous conditions, accidents, and incidents to the immediate supervisor.Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching.

Expected Hours of Work :

Typical business hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, availability for escalations may be needed outside of normal business hours.

Travel :

Up to 10% of the time.Minimal travel may be required for business functions, team training, and culture events.
