Creative Director , you’ll be responsible for bringing our brand vision to life, and driving the creation and execution of all campaigns to deliver against company objectives. You'll oversee both our Studio and Brand Design teams, and collaborate closely with Product Design and all Marketing (including Brand, Growth and Retention) teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end execution of brand and creative strategies. This role will be critical to driving our continued brand evolution and ensuring every touchpoint resonates and ties back to our brand identity. The ability to inspire teams with creative, innovative ideas and also drive efficient and consistent execution at the highest level is a requirement of this position.Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Los Angeles officeWhat You'll DoLead and inspire a team of creatives to collaborate on producing visual content that communicates our brand identity in the most compelling way.Drive the highest aesthetic standard in accordance with brand guidelines ranging from product design to marketing materials.Build monthly creative campaigns and ensure all creative assets across all channels and mediums execute to the desired campaign vision.Establish standards for evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns across the short and long term and drive constant optimization.Foster an inspirational and creative work environment for the team with consistent brainstorms and knowledge-sharing workshops.Build and maintain external studio production relationships including photographers, agencies, freelancers and vendors.Collaborate with the design team in seasonal themes and collections that align with the brand's aesthetic and target market.Manage and optimize the Creative budget.What You HaveBA in Design, Marketing or similar discipline.Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in creative leadership roles within the consumer goods, fashion, or lifestyle industries.Prior success in creative leadership roles within the consumer goods, fashion, or lifestyle industries.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate across disciplines with team members at all levels.Strong leadership skills; ability to manage a team of internal graphic designers and external partners.Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.The base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 -$210,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
