This role is responsible for the quality of content, the publication process, and the content team. This role makes editorial decisions, manages the content team, schedules editorial topics, and generates story ideas.Essential Job Functions:Oversees and expands thought leadership content in our core service areas of consulting, managed services and talent solutions.Collaborates across the Enterprise, including with leaders, subject matter experts and the marketing team, to produce high-quality, regular content, including campaign-focused pieces, webinars, white papers, etc.Leads a reporting team that deploys regular and long-form content through a variety of channels.Contributes to website traffic strategy via content.Manages editorial efforts to contribute to our digital and media strategies.Editorially contributes to expanded content mediums, like podcast, social and other channels, with the goal of expanding the reach of our content.The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only. In office. Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.Travel Requirements:

10% travel (e.g. 10% travel to differing locations, 90% of the time working from an office).Physical Demands:
