The Digital Media B2B Product Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated, strategic Product Marketing leader for its Mid-Market segment, comprised of Small & Medium businesses served through Adobe’s Direct Sales team. This is an exciting time to be at Adobe with a ton of product innovation driven by Gen AI and opportunity to deliver greater customer value. As a Segment Product Marketing leader, you will have a global remit and lead a group of Product Marketers responsible for performance of the Mid-market business across Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions and drive end-to-end planning and execution of key sales motions to grow this segment. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate a business owner mindset, with balance of strategy and execution experience and consistent track record of driving growth in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do

Own end to end planning, execution and optimization of sales motions rooted firmly in customer insights and experience

Partner with Sales & Finance on annual/ quarterly financial target setting and sizing for baseline activities and growth layers

Drive funnel inspection to identify what’s working or not, and secure leadership alignment on recommendations

Translate customer insights into business growth through levers such as propensity models, marketing campaigns and seller enablement

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations, optimize customer experience and unlock new growth motions for the business

Pilot new product launches in partnership with Core Product Marketing teams and build blueprint for scaling go-to-market

Drive weekly business inspection, understand risks and outlook and lead exec-level RTB/ QBR meetings

Help build and foster a positive and impactful team culture

What You Need To Succeed

BA/BS preferred OR 10+ years of experience driving business strategy, product marketing, go-to-market or revenue operations

3+ years of people management experience.

Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data and translate them into actions

Ability to influence cross-functional teams, and leaders in large, matrixed organizations

Proven track record of success driving business growth in complex, fast-paced environments

Self-starter with positive attitude and experience building/ managing effective teams

Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills

“Owner-operator” mindset, with bias for decisive action

MBA, or consulting experience preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,400 -- $257,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
