Five Star Breaktime Solutions, a premier workplace food and beverage convenience services provider, is in search of a marketer that excels in a dynamic, high growth-focused work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the brand marketing function for the company. The candidate will be involved in building and implementing strategies and tactics as it relates to brand marketing both internally and externally. Essential Functions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of marketing-related projects and campaigns

Lead brand marketing project execution and manage resources to complete projects per spec

Responsible for adherence to brand guidelines for all company-owned and trademarked brands

Responsible for company’s B2B digital marketing strategy including website, SEO, social, email, etc.

Responsible for marketing and branding activities supporting field-based (local) teams

Lead marketing-related activities supporting company vision, mission, and values

Manage online company store for uniforms and branded apparel

Manage ordering of branded items to support brand building and new business sales programming

Responsible for copy and content for press releases, blog posts, and other public relations activities

Responsible for monthly internal company newsletter and other requested activities

Support the creation of branded sales materials, flyers, presentations, and more

Additional related duties, responsibilities, and projects are subject to assignment

Preferred Qualifications, Education, Experience, & Traits

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, etc.)

2 or more year(s) marketing and/or project management experience

Managerial experience leading and developing direct reporting team member(s) (preferred)

Convenience services or retail-related industry experience (preferred)

Proficiency using PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite programs (preferred)

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete on deadline per spec

Ability to foster teamwork and a culture of respect and care for all

Ability to be proactive and take initiative with limited need for guidance on projects

High levels of self-directedness, determination, persistence, competitiveness, and optimism

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including strong listening skills

Passion for customer service excellence
