Job Title: Senior Interior Designer
Job Description
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will take the lead in developing interior design concepts and own the responsibility for assigned projects from inception through completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide junior designers, and ensure designs meet both aesthetic and practical requirements. Your role involves creating detailed space plans, selecting materials, and producing high-quality visualizations. Additionally, you will manage tenant improvement projects, conduct site visits, and collaborate with project managers to oversee project budgets.
Hard Skills
3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in multi-family, commercial, higher education, or K-12 projects
Proficiency in Revit
Experience with 3D rendering and visualization
Soft Skills
Proactive problem-solving
Strong leadership and mentoring
Effective communication
Ability to collaborate across teams
Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Work Environment
Work Monday through Friday in the office, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays or bring your dog to the office that day.
