The Role: The UX Designer will directly influence design outcomes of projects that will define the future direction of new industry paradigms across Digital Product - including Automotive, Gaming, AR/VR and beyond. You will work as part of an award-winning multidisciplinary team to bring concepts to life and will be encouraged to grow professionally as a designer.

Job Description: Territory is searching for a UX Designer who is looking to grow their responsibilities and experience across new and challenging projects. This person should have a love for systems, codification, and organization, plus a knack for knowing instinctively what is going to work. Being a clear and concise communicator with the internal team and client will be key to success, along with taking a hands-on approach to projects.Most immediately, you’d be working at the cutting edge of UX, helping drive the future of an industry that is in the midst of a complete paradigm shift - working directly with the client and internal teams to define design directions, and taking a level of responsibility for the UX in execution and delivery.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years working on non-traditional UX platforms and digital products. We are looking for experience outside of web and mobile experiences - this must be shown in work samples to be considered for the role.Familiar with HMI projects, automotive/transportation experience is a major plus.Great internal communicator; translating client requests to UX frameworks and actionable tasks for the design team.Experience and enthusiasm around building presentations and presenting work directly to the client and stakeholders, explaining rationale and process.Being located in the San Francisco Bay area is strongly preferred.
