This position is hybrid – onsite 3x week in San Bruno, CA or Hoboken, NJ. In this highly collaborative and fast-paced role, the Sr Content Strategist will devise content strategy for product and lifecycle marketing campaigns from the top-down. The Sr Content Strategist will also work closely with copywriters but will not do any copywriting themselves.B2B/SaaS industry experience is preferred, as well as any experience working on content strategy alongside a creative team.RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, validate, and optimize strategies for product and lifecycle marketing campaigns.Review current content, create messaging based on audience segmentation, optimize messaging and tactics for increased impact and engagement, and ensure unity across channels, campaigns, and teams.Create and maintain
content playbooks
for business objectives and products.Assist with content migration when required.REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in a
strategic role in either agency, lifecycle, or product marketing (B2B/SaaS experience preferred).4+ years of
copywriting and copyediting experience (preferred).3+ years of experience in
market research and analysis.Collaborative, communicative, and personable.Able to work independently and in a team.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in
Marketing Cloud, CMS, Hotspot.Experience using analytics platforms and reporting to find insights that will inform strategies.Working knowledge of UX design systems such as wireframes, prototypes, comps, and design specifications.Beyond competitive pay, you can receive incentive awards for your performance.
