Junior Marketing Manager - Entry Level

We are currently growing and looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to assist the sales and promotions team.Responsibilities of a Junior Marketing Manager:Develops, supports, and executes in-field marketing campaigns, which have an impact on sales results.Collaboration with appropriate clients to ensure successful retail campaign implementationAttend client meetings on a regular basis for product knowledge, account performance reviews, and goal setting.Implement marketing directives and sales strategy on a local level in assigned territories to engage consumers and aid in relationship development with the brand Assess current customers' needs for any additional features/upgrades available to themWork together to develop new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business.Assist marketing associates and senior staff with client-specific projects.The Ideal Junior Marketing Manager Will Have The Following QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferredEffective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation)1-2 years of sales experience preferredMicrosoft and technology savvyExperienced in assessing and improving the customer's business processCapability to plan and document sales activities, document customer information, grow sales pipeline, and forecast business.
